Jerry You said that ORLY is poised to continue our current success. I completely agree. One aspect that I do not believe you have mentioned is that we do NOT buy a customers business. We will do everything reasonable to earn it but we do not promise them trips to Las Vegas or Cancun in exchange for their purchases. Many A/C Delco distributors have been doing this for years and NAPA does it also. The cost associated with "buying the business" can only go up. Eventually either someone else buys them for more, or it decreases profits. Additionally, as more consumers begin to realize that A/C Delco parts are not OE on their Toyota or their Buick either, the brands loyalty will diminish. Since we carry very little A/C Delco, we will benefit while others will be hurt.
