O'Reilly appoints new CFO: reprint from 05/25/06

O’Reilly Automotive announced yesterday after the close that Tom McFall will be joining the company as its new CFO. Mr. McFall will replace Jim Batten, who will stay on as Treasurer as he transitions to a “less than full-time role with the company.” We had a high opinion of Mr. Batten’s leadership and communication with the investment community, but it sounds like he simply wants to spend more time with his family.
