Keystone issued a press release this morning regarding MQVP Inc’s suit that Keystone distributed non-MQVP approved parts using the “MQVP” service mark without MQVP’s permission. I’m sure you are capable of reading the release so I won’t regurgitate. But basically it says management feels the suit is without merit, and they do not feel any liability (of which they see none) would have a material impact on the company’s financial position.
