Last week when I attended the J.D. Byrider Convention I mentioned the company has a spot on its website that allows people to view customer experiences (comments and complaints.) However, I said I could not find it on their website. Almost immediately Steve Wedding (President and Chief Financial Officer of J.D. Byrider) emailed me with the link. So here it is. . . www.jdbfacts.com While I think J.D. Byrider may behind some auto retailers on the web when it comes to vehicle information (like putting the inventory online.)
