As I indicated Tuesday, Monro reported pretty solid (record) 3Q results, with earnings per share (eps) up 19%. I’ve raised my fiscal 2007 fourth quarter (so for the time period December 24, 2006 to March 25, 2007) eps estimate to $0.38 (from $0.37.) “The trend is your friend” (a method I often point out analysts use,) and given the operating improvement trends (and prospects for improved sales in fiscal 2008) I’ve also raised my fiscal 2008 (March 2007 until March 2008) eps estimate to $1.92 from $1.81.
