On Thursday (after the CarMax call) I found myself down in Ft. Myers Florida at the official grand opening for one of Sonic’s Mercedes Dealerships. As you may recall, I visited this dealership a few months ago where a simple lunch with the General Manager (Robert Ogust) turned into a kind of all afternoon “shadowing” where I got to see first hand how things work on a day to day basis at a dealership.
