The vote to approve the acquisition of Keystone by LKQ will be at 10:00am Wednesday morning (October 10, 2007.)    

It sounds like the vote is going to be really close. 

Keystone management issued a press release Wednesday saying 3 proxy advisory firms approve of the merger. 

Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS) on the other hand has come out against the merger.
